Target Recalls Anima Bamboo Collection Games

Comments Off

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Target, announced a voluntary recall of approximately 5,000 “Anima Bamboo Collection Games.”

The toys in the game set may contain lead paint, which is toxic if ingested by small children and can cause adverse health conditions.

The toy recall involves the Anima-Bamboo Collection. The game contains 38 bamboo pads, four ghosts and one dice. The packaging is orange with the words “Anima” and “Bamboo Collection Games” printed on each side.

The games were sold nationwide from December 2006 through April 2007.

Consumers should take the game from small children immediately and return it to the nearest Target Store for a full refund, including tax.
